We've released a few features since your messages that should help out.

The first is a printable weekly calendar. Test this out by going to the Weekly View, clicking on the Show Workers With Shifts option, and hitting Control + P to print the page.

The second is the Event Overview PDF report. Go to this url https://app.nowsta.com/reports/event-overview to generate a PDF file.
